From service to quality we are so thrilled with our purchase from Silvery. We ordered a birthstone necklace as a gift and it’s absolutely stunning. The attention to detail with their packaging as well is just so special.

Just purchased a beautiful 14” chain with sliding heart pendant. The quality is great, looks dainty but is quite heavy, proving the high standard of the price and solid silver. Will be buying from Silvery again.

I found Silvery while frantically searching for a gift for a friend who was leaving the country within the week, so I was working with a very tight deadline. I spoke to Tammy, who immediately took on the challenge and went above and beyond to make sure I received my item before my friend left. And she made it happen. The turnaround time alone was impressive, but the quality and finish of the final product completely exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully made, and the attention to detail is unmatched. Thank you so much to Tammy and the Silvery team for helping me bring my idea to life and making it all happen within such a tight timeframe. You genuinely made my day. An easy five stars from me.

Owner's reply
Hi Sharon, thank you for your lovely review. It was a privilege to assist you in getting what you needed when you needed it, and we're so glad we could help. Hope to see you back again soon!

Just fantastic! Such an amazing experience. I had a necklace engraved with my nephew's face (gift to sis in law), and the fine detail is stunning. It’s light, dainty, and just gorgeous. The customer service was top-notch with updates throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering again for future gifts!

Owner's reply
Hi Leandri, thank you for this lovely review. We're delighted to have crafted you something meaningful and precious that your sister in law will treasure. We hope to have you back again in the future.

I adore my feather necklace, it is a solid piece so has a nice feel to it and is the only one on the internet that I could find that can be engraved too. My Mum passed away and I wanted something to feel that she is with me always and instead of having ‘mum’ engraved I was able to choose a special word that makes it so much more personal to me in a font that even looks like my Mum has written it herself. A really special piece that I know I will hand down through my family. Also it was lovely having regular email updates on my piece being made. Thank-you so much🩷

Owner's reply
Hi Alison, thank you for taking the time to write this. We are honoured to have made something to give you comfort and keep your mum close. Wishing you many years of happy memories with your mum's feather close by you always.

I won't lie I was anxious at first to order a custom pendant necklace with an engraving of my sister and me on it but what a beautiful piece of jewellery. I bought it as a gift for my little sister, she absolutely loved it, she has been wearing it since. The process with Silvery was amazing, they communicated every step of the way and delivery with Aramex was also great. I am so grateful I took a chance and trusted you guys, seeing my sister's face when she saw one of our favourite pictures together on a necklace that she could always wear is memory I will cherish forever. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using you guys again!

Owner's reply
Hi Cleola, thank you so much for your lovely review. We are delighted to have been able to give you a moment that will last forever, and your sister a super special gift. We hope to have you back again in the future.
